Introduction to Advanced Search
Advanced Search is a more granular search function for contents on Drive.
You can search across catalogs and configure various filter parameters to find a very specific file or folder; or you can utilize Advanced Search to run repetitive search functions with dynamic search criteria such as time period / date range.
Let’s look at a few examples of how to use Advanced Search.
First let’s select the Content Type you are looking to find:
You will see that as you select search filters, the search criteria will start to build in the keyword search box. You can click X to remove any of these filters anytime you like. You can also type in keywords to search by filename, if you know the name(s) of the file(s) you are looking for.
