How do I add an Artist User?

Firstly, establish whether the Artist you are looking to invite to AMP is already a Tully Artist User.

Does the Artist already have a Tully Account and have our App installed?

If they do, then navigate to System / Users from the Menu, and click Invite Artist.

Now check “Artist has an account”. Follow the prompts to send the Artist the invitation to join your AMP account. If/when the Artist accepts your invite, their content will be automatically migrated to your account and their Catalog and Drive will be provisioned for them.

If you are inviting an Artist who is new to Tully and does not have an account, simply follow click Invite Artist and leave “Artist has an account” unchecked - now follow the prompts to send the Artist the invite.

Once the Artist has received the invite and accepted, the account will be validated and the Catalog and Drive will be provisioned for them.
